"O umbral presence, shine thy light that pierces the darkness and unleash thy cold and discerning gaze upon mine enemies!"
You create a source of chilling moonlight, which emits dim light until the duration ends or you cause it to stop.
The source sheds dim light in a 20m radius Sphere from a point within range. When the light first appears, all creatures within the light must make a Constitution saving throw, and Shapechangers and others whose form has been transmuted (such as from Wild Shape or Polymorph) must make this saving throw with Disadvantage. On a failed save, they take 5d10 Holy damage and 4d6 Ice damage, and any creature whose form has been transmuted immediately reverts to its original form. On a successful save, they take half damage.
On subsequent turns, if a creature starts its turn in the moonlight in a transmuted form, it must succeed on a Constitution saving throw with Disadvantage or else revert to its original form. While in the moonlight, a creature's form cannot be transmuted.
If any of this spell's area overlaps with an area of darkness created by a spell of 7th level or lower, the spell that created the darkness is dispelled. You can dismiss this spell as an action.
At Higher Levels: The Holy damage increases by 1d10 for each spell level increase.
